Hey there, Iâm Andrea â a homeschooling mama of 20+ years, wife of 26 years, and proud mom to three amazing kids whoâve taught me more about love, patience, and purpose than any book ever could.
My life is a beautiful (sometimes chaotic, often hilarious) blend of faith, family, and figuring it out as I go type of life. Iâm the kind of woman who can be grading a math worksheet while making keto pancakes, planning a Bible study printable, and muttering about why WordPress just broke⌠again. đ
My husband and I have walked through a lot together, our love story has been tested, strengthened, and blessed across decades. Weâve raised three incredible kids:
- Jacky, our 33-year-old daughter with Down Syndrome, whose joy lights up every room.
- Luis, 25, who is on the autism spectrum and has grown into a quiet, beautiful strength all his own.
- And our youngest, a sharp and spunky 11-year-old, whoâs already taller than me and keeps me on my toes with her questions, jokes, and genius brain.
Homeschooling was never just an educational choice for us, it was a calling, a lifestyle, and a way to shape hearts, not just minds. And while Iâve had my fair share of coffee fueled lesson plans and printer meltdowns, I wouldnât trade it for anything. Itâs been one of the greatest gifts in our familyâs life.
This little corner of the internet My Treasure Nest is where I share the grace-filled resources I wish I had when I started. Whether youâre a homeschool mama, a faith-based entrepreneur, or just trying to stay afloat with kids and purpose, youâre welcome here.
Here youâll find:
- Practical printables for faith and homeschool life
- Encouragement for moms walking hard roads
- Scripture-based resources that nourish your soul
- (And maybe a dream or two about owning a small hobby farm someday… chickens and all đ)
If youâve ever felt like youâre juggling a million things, wondering if youâre doing enough, or just wishing someone would hand you a ready-made devotional with a hug Iâm your girl. đ
Thank you for being here. I pray this space blesses you, equips you, and reminds you:
You are not alone. You are not behind.
There is still so much good ahead.
With love,
Andrea
